Honduras Entry Requirements
last updated July 15, 2025
Honduras is open for travel!
The Government of Honduras has implemented new requirements to help streamline your arrival to the country.
Be sure you’re prepared — you might not be allowed to check in with your airline if you don’t complete the requirement(s).
You will need to complete 1 online form:
Honduras Customs (PECH) Form
It can be found here: https://sisglobal.aduanas.gob.hn/Pech/#/plataforma/otra_gestiones/formularioDJRV
Tips:
Take a screenshot of the QR code you receive.
You’ll show the QR code to the desk agent right after you pass through customs and before you collect any checked bags. They’ll scan the code before you can move on to the baggage area
We recommend filling out the form up to 3 days before your arrival. You can fill it out on the customs line while waiting also.
Standard Entry Requirements
U.S. citizens are required to have a U.S. passport with at least six months of validity beyond return travel dates.
There is no requirement for proof of measles and rubella vaccination for travelers arriving in Honduras.
Residents of South America or persons traveling en route from South America to Honduras will be required to show proof of the Yellow Fever Vaccination (they’ll ask in your country of departure before flying to Honduras).
Residents of all other countries should check with the Honduran Embassy for specific entry requirements.
